it must be winter because its raining..=) but that doesn't stop us from having fun =) the weekend was nice, chilly but nice. We got all our busy stuff done on sat and decided sunday was a family adventure day.. we love those!! We packed up and set off for an adventure and found some mud and some really neat little trails up off the 15. We've gone riding and driving all over up there but still haven't seen it all.
some dogs like to play with balls.. ours likes to play with logs =) its good exercise for her too
this was a funny shot..
dont mess with my dolls... she was babysitting for Heather =)
bundled up for our chilly adventure
we got to see the train go by too.. and the conductor waived to us and honked the horn
Heather thought it was awesome to see a real train on the choo choo tracks
want to go for a swim? not sure why or how or when.. but there was a swimming pool out in the middle of nowhere. You can see an old foundation and what could have been a path to some old building and a little further down the road was a part of another building. Perhaps a railroad town or a hidden resort from olden days? we just thought it was hilarious there was a pool in the middle of nowhere
my little snuggle bear kept me warm too :)
that little elf Holly had a tea party with the other Christmas toys one day..
and another day she built a fort for her and Heather to play in
apparently Holly was a bit mischievous one night..what do you think of our new decorations? .. that Elf!!
This little Elf Holly is really neat to have around and MOST of the time is pretty good.. Heather really does get excited to see what she will be doing. Although she seems to like the snowball fight, tea party etc more than messing with her clothes.. I had to talk to Holly about that one =)
Merry Christmas and watch out for those elves!
(she did tell us Santa's favorite cookies are Daddy's p-nut butter ones so we are very excited to be making them this weekend..yummy!)
