Silliness!!!

hhmmm.. I seem to have a little something on my face.. I have no idea how her face got this dirty, 1 min before this  she was all clean...silly girl!

and now I know my ABCs.. just kidding but she does love to play with her alphabet magnets and listen to the song they play in the little alphabet house

Weekend Fun

We started out at the park for some fun on the swings.. Heather was rockin her sunglasses =)

then we had some time to hang out with Heather's Uncle Boobie (aka Jeremy) 

and some fun time with Grandpa Gary (Kev's Dad)

and then all of a sudden Heather and Mommy ended up in jail??

actually, this is a museum in Covina.. it use to be a firehouse and jail but is now a museum and everything you ever wanted to know about Covina is there

we made it back home safe and sound and with no criminal record, pphheewww
 so it was time to play in the ball pit (it was to late for the pool so we turned it into a ball pit)

Jeremy and Dingo were trying to see who is stronger.. Dingo won this round :) she just climbed right on up Jeremy too

this was by the museum (next to Covina city hall).. Heather had to cool off her piggies after the big lock up, she was excited about being free again

she was sooo excited that she could dangle her piggies in the water..she kept splashing her toes in the water and laughing, it was sooo much fun :)

Heather is cracking up because she got her bow off..again.. its a game we play.. I put it on, she takes it off..again and again and again.. =) some day she may let me win.. HA

Kev and his friend Jay would go to Catalina often in the summer This is the two of them on the boat

this is the "devil face" Kev made in ceramics class.. his brother Tracy didnt care for it much and I think

either used it as target practice or just smashed it to pieces.. it is kinda freaky looking...

Here is Kev and Jay with the ole 400 ready to go to the desert.. the 400 was a beast of a bike but
it sure hauled across the desert, it was retired years ago to Kev's cousins house in Kentucky where it lived its final days
happy and free running in fresh air...

A Camping We Will Go...

For the 4th of July week we went camping at El Capitan Beach just north of Santa Barbara. The weather was a little overcast most of the time but we had a nice camp fire to keep us warm at night and the beach was fun during the day. Our camp site had an amazing oak tree to  climb and we were visited by some racoons and even a skunk wandered by the camp site next to us. We had such a great time camping with the family

there are rail road tracks that run behind the campground, the big train only went by a few times during the trip but Heather was excited to see the train

Swinging into summer

Heather loves to swing and swing and swing and even swing some more after that..she was swinging away with her little piggies crossed humming and smiling it was sooo cute!

 

you just have to love the hair!!! what else can I say....=)

Dingo was getting ready for summer too, she has her favorite spots to hang out...this great spot is close to where Heather is swinging.. Dingo keeps a good eye on her kid
